. . .Saga 1 : Volution. . .
Taken over by an evil named Obscurimon. The digital world is needing serious help. As the last protectors died and or disappered. Everything is becoming unstabled. Confused at first, an origional group of 5 kids try to figure out whats going. Constantly being split up, they lack in the interest of knowing eachother, yet slowly gain knowledge of eachothers feelings. Being guided and oftain left hanging by an unknown voice which called himself Genni X3. The groups #1 plan is to save this place and go home.
But things don't turn out the way they plan. Meeting up with a lost digidested named Missy. The group soon find out that they aren't the only humans in the digital world. Shortly after meeting Missy, they find that their new enemies are no older or younger then themselves and that they work for Obscurimon. Mistress, Zaden and Tazor along with Obscurimon. Soon hatch plans to get rid of the digidested and take over both worlds. Targeting the teams weakness of trust and friendship, the dark digidested attack. After failed attempts, they themselves start to argue. Mistress begans to slowly break and turns back to Theo, wanting to be with her sister. Enraged, Obscurimon attacks them herself for the first time. The battle ends with the kids going back home.
. . .Saga 2 : The Darkness. . .
Returning to the real world, with Theo [ aka. Mistress] on their side to help. The group pounders on why they have returned. On their first day back, things are already starting to heat up because Zaden and Tazor both go on a killing rampage. Discovering that their digimonless. The group again begins to worry on how to save the city when a boy falls from the sky being chased and caught by a white chinese dragon-type digimon. Along with the boy comes the groups Digimon, all ready to save the day.
Things turn for the worst when Rena is killed in action. The group splits up leaving Zaden and Tazor to do as they please. Lizzie feels guilty for Rena's death and tries to take on the two guys by herself but fails miserably. Millymon insists that she get the others but Lizzie filled with to much rage. Zaden and Tazor defeat her and Millymon once again, leaving them to die in the middle of the street.
Theo who witnesses the battle runs to Lizzie's side and for the first time, feels that she has a purpose to fight. Elsewhere, Jordan and Missy run into a friend named Zoey who has a green bird digimon with him. Zoey detests the girls at first with their obsessive whining of 'joining them' until he finally does so.
Lizzie, herself is on the brink of death when Theo reminds her that she does have friends that will be by her side, even if she herself isn't one of them. Lizzie tells Theo that she was friend ever since she became good again and became Missy's sister. The conversation awakens their crests and triggers a fantastic lightshow that triggers everyone else's crest, including Zoey and Donte's (the boy that fell from the sky). Millymon and Bubbermon transform to Mega levels and challenge Zaden and Tazor to a battle.
After the moderately long battle. Things are back to normal, but the group still isn't together. Chris feel has a hard time keeping up with Jordan and wants her to stay put. Jordan sneeks out the house for some unknown reason that urges Chris to follow. Chris looses sight of her by the docks but finds Zaden who is ready for a battle. Zaden and Cannimon attacks but Empirmon comes in the knick of time to Chris' side. Zaden releases two fight warrior digimon. The battle is hard for Empirmon to handle but with Chris' courage, he digivolves to his Mega form, handling both digimon. Chris is left at the docks with Jordan nowhere to be found.
Emilie enters an American Idol-esque contest. Even though its local, she feels that she can do something with her future by joining it. Lizzie promises she will be there but doesn't show, leaving Emilie a bit down and insecure. While she preforms a digimon appears and attacks, destroying everything. Emilie gets fed up and Yoyowomon digivolves to her Mega level.
After that, information of the 13 guardians is revealed, Lizzie and Chris go on a date and Zaden's backstory is revealed. Zaden also becomes good after being with Jordan in the Digital World.
. . .Saga 3 : Reign of Pyrymon. . .
Jordan has came back to the Real World alone and wishes she could see Kyoda once again. Obscurimon attacks and begans to feed of her depression. The group shows up just in time to pry Obscurimon away from the young girl. Figuring out that Obscurimon has been lying to her, Jordan's crest activates and in a stunning visual, Jordan and Kailmon fuse to a new level, Guardian. But Pyrymon, their fused form, isn't as happy as she..well...she didn't even seem happy. The digimon are horrified to see the egyptian queen digimon rise and quickly forgets about Obscurimon and tries to defeat Pyrymon. The children are confused but it's explained that Pyrymon is a digimon with no heart. She's not evil but she doesn't care. She's depressed and waits desperately for someone. She's incrediably powerful and seeing as she has no heart, or a frozen one, she cares for no one. With a swipe of her hand, Pyrymon gets rid of the digimon, reverting them back to mere baby forms. Obscurimon tries to attack Pyrymon but is defeated horribly. Pyrymon chokes Obscurimon with one hand and with one attack, destorys her. Pyrymon's depression soon spreads as she turns the city into gray and lifeless. She sits herself ontop of the highest building...and waits.
Zaden and Jordan's relationship is explored and it's revealed that they begun dating back during Saga 1. Pyrymon awaits her love, Otokomon, who left for battle but never returned. He left her waiting under a tree which she waits till she was nothing more than data. After a while, the group attacks Pyrymon once again but she's to powerful. Pyrymon is not only feeding off her own depression, but Jordan's as well. They try to snap her out of it but its no use.
Otokomon then shows up, and tries to help but Pyrymon refuse to listen and goes into deeper depression. During the battle, Millymon, Empirmon and Yoyomon fuse with Lizzie, Chris and Emilie and reach Guardian forms. In a surprise attack, the 4 gaurdians plus the others unite in one big attack, destroying Pyrymon. As Pyrymon falls to the ground, she smiles warmly feeling herself finally being free from the depression, she splits back into Jordan and Kailmon.
Shortly, after, Ginne comes forth and decides that Kailmon is to dangerous to continue living and Jordan's depression isn't helping. He says that their bond is currupt and should be delt with quickly. Jordan and Kailmon embrace eachother as Kailmon protects Jordan from any harm. Jordan's depression triggers her D4 to shatter and Kailmon can no longer protect her. Ginne destroys Kailmon, Jordan cries and he tells her that digimon don't die, they are reborn. Kailmon will be reborn into a digimon who isn't currupted and she will have no memory of her past. She will appear in a new form and have a slightly different personality. Jordan is angered and screams that she loved the Kailmon she had. Chris tries to comfort her but she pushes him off, walking away into the thick fog sobbing.
. . .Saga 4 : Dark Beauty. . .
Obscurimon returns, having not actually been dead in the first place. As the group talk amongst themselves about Pyrymon, Jordan and Kailmon. She attacks with Tazor by her side. She's stronger now and seems to even take out the guardian forms. Zazaymon finds hope in himself, and releases Ninjitenshimon. Ninjitenshimon has no recollection of who she was as Rena and simply floats. She battles Obscurimon but is defeated. Obscurimon laughs and begains pwning the group once more.
Missy becomes fed up with all the drama. Both her and Serenymon fuse to become Nigatsumon. The Guardian digimon releases a powerful light attack the turns the city back to normal and blinds Obscurimon, making it easy for her to be defeated. Obscurimon and Tazor retreat from the battle. Theo feels that she can easily get Tazor, who is her boyfriend, on their side. She travels to find him and do so.
. . .Saga 5 : The Darkness pt.2. . .
Theo finds Tazor who is possessed to love Obscurimon. Theo tries to snap him out of it but he slaps her to the ground. Obscurimon appears and begins to dig deep into Theo's head with lies. Theo knows Obscurimon is lieing and to prove it, she kisses Tazor, breaking the spell. Obscurimon is angered and tries to kill the both of them when Bubbermon and Slithermon show up. Tazor feels betrayed by Obscurimon and confronts her. She disses him, telling him that he was merely a pawn in her plan to take over the worlds. Tazor is angered but Obscurimon floats off. Theo tries to convince him to come to their side but he refuses, saying he needs to clear his dead. He walks off into the city.
Jordan lays on her bed when her D4 reappears into her hands. It opens a gate to the Digital World and she is sucked in. There she finds herself in the primary village where all the baby digimon are born. She is led to Kailmon's egg and when she touches it to embrace, it turns black and shatters. Her D4 then shatters and she's told by the voice of Pyrymon that her depression will end it all. Jordan confronts Pyrymon, who seems to be nothing but her subcontious, and says that she loved everything. Jordan admits to liking everyone and that she was putting up a big front the whole time about being a bitch. She spills her heart out, screaming that she has friends and she loves them all. Pyrymon smiles down at her and tells her to bow. When Jordan bows to Pyrymon, she awakens to find that it was all a dream, but a plushie of Kailmon layed beside her on her bed.
Otokomon vanishes and Theo returns. She updates them on Tazor going to clear his head. Obscurimon reappears high in the air towards the moon and rips open the border between the Real World and the Digital World. She says she's tired of playing and she doesn't care who dies. The final battle with Obscurimon begins.
Zoey and Horusmon, along with Theo and Bubbermon, hit Guardian forms. Jordan watches the battle from the rooftop of a skyscraper, secretly cheering the group on. Meanwhile, Donovan aka Tazor. Appears to help the group out, joining the good side. He and Slithermon transform to Guardian forms as well.
The battle lasts for quite some time when Obscurimon digivolves to her Guardian form, Orpheusmon. Orpheusmon is a creepy little girl that cries blood and has floating orbs around her. In a final attack she destorys both of Real World and the Digital World with everything in it. The group then finds themselves fighting in Oblivion, a place that resembles a giant cathedral. Orpheusmon puts up a hard fight but she is soon defeated for good, Ginne makes sure of this by using his Poem of a Thousand Wishes attack.
With Orpheusmon destoyed, the group simply stands around in the cathedral wondering where to go next. Chris begains to get depressed feeling that they will never get back and that Jordan is now dead along with everyone else they know. This begains to effect everyone but Lizzie refuses to let it happen. She encourages the group to keep their head up. Donte then goes in psychotic laughter and the little boy reveals himself to be a huge, powerful digimon named Oblivion as well. Oblivion introduces himself, stating that he is the grim reaper of both worlds. As time went on, it was him that persuaded Obscurimon to turn evil in the very beginning and that he was the reasons Rena, Kailmon and even the entire worlds suffered the ultimate demise. Emilie then points out that Rena did die during the battle where Donte first came in.
Oblivion states that if both worlds are destroyed then there is no pain, no war, no happiness, no feelings, nothing but darkness. He references how bad he felt for Pyrymon, that due to her feelings she had to suffer. The group speeches to him about why feelings are needed, and that pain is a part of life. Oblivion becomes enraged. He reveals that he turned Obscurimon on the other Guardians for a reason, so that she could get rid of them and he could easily destory both worlds. He would now have to get rid of all of them.
The battle begans and its hopeless from the very start. Oblivion is on his home terf and his simply toying the them. He finally charges up a hard attack, and fires it. Phoenixwomon (Theo and Bubbermon) jumps infront of the attack to protect everyone else. She is destoyed without a trace and causes emotions within the group. Kalimon (Tazor and Slithermon) and Zoey & Horusmon's form, snaps out, attacking Oblivion blindly with rage attacks. Oblivion disgards of them quickly. One by one, he destroys each of them until Coaremon (Lizzie and Millymon) is the only one left. She cries for her fallen friends and swears she will revenge them.
As she fights Oblivion, he still has the upper hand. He toys with her until he becomes bored and slams her on the ground. In a last desperate attack Coaremon uses the crest of Dreams to atleast do some damage to the guy. When the attack hits Oblivion, he is strucken in the forhead and grunts in pain. He begans to have memories of the good times when he was in the form of Donte. The crest of Dreams' light reflects off the windows of the cathedral and one by one the ghost of each D4 digidested steps out, surrounding Coaremon. They turn their back to her and hold hands. Coaremon finds hidden strength in her attack and the beam expands. Oblivion tries to attack but is blinded by the light. The group begins to glow silver, and all the crests are united into one attack. Destroying Oblivion.
Oblivion is then transformed back into Donte, who falls to the ground, out cold. Coaremon turns back to Lizzie and Millymon and all the ghosts of the digidestined vanish. Lizzie holds Donte close and cries, apologizing for everything thats happened. Donte's eyes flutter open and both him and Lizzie are sitting in the park of the city. She opens her eyes and is confused about whats going on. One by one each digidestined with their digimon runs up to them, wondering the same thing. Ginne appears, pointing to the giant rip in the sky. He tells them that everything has to go back to normal until the worlds heal, meaning the digimon cannot stay in the real world.
Final goodbyes are said and the digimon go back to the Digital World. The kids themseleves split up, going back to their homes. Lizzie and Chris share their second kiss before she departs, leaving Chris standing their dumbfounded.
